- May 17th: Last day of Mileage Club
All books due back to the library
- May 20th -22nd: End of the Year BOGO book fair

- May 23rd: 4th/5th chorus concert, 7:00 p.m.
- May 27th: NO SCHOOL (Memorial Day)
* May 31st: Last day of school – 2:05 p.m. dismissal
Teacher Appreciation: Teachers play an important role in the lives of students everyday. On Monday, May 6th the PTO will be providing a yogurt bar and on Tuesday, May 7th they will provide lunch. If you would like to help out, please sign up using this link:. Teacher Appreciation Sign-Up
Registration Information for 2019/20 and online Enrollment:
Registration packets have been sent home with your child. Please fill out the blue ½ sheet to let us know if your child will be coming to Meeker next year or not, fill out the pink health form and then return both forms to Meeker by Friday, May 10th. You can return the forms in the envelope that was sent home. Please do not write on or seal the envelope as we try to reuse them from year to year.
2019- 2020 Registration / Online Enrollment
Complete the online process by logging into your Infinite Campus account at Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Navigate to Online Registration at the bottom of the left side index. Click on the Online Registration button to start the 2019-2020 Annual Information Update for your student(s).
If you will have a new kindergarten or preschool student starting in the fall, please be sure to click the “Add a New Student” button at the end of the student page before you click SUBMIT.

Field Day will take place on Friday, May 10th starting around 11 a.m. Field Day is a chance for students to participate in hands-on games and sporting events. There will be a hotdog lunch available that day, which parents are welcome to attend. If you plan on eating the hotdog lunch, please send back the green form and payment no later than May 3rd. Parents can also bring a lunch for themselves and their child to enjoy that day. To make the field day a success, parent volunteers are needed. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the blue form that was sent home.
Kdg – 2nd Grade Lunch: 11:00 to 11:45 am
3rd – 5th Grade Lunch: 11:45 am to 12:30 pm
Following lunch, the students will rotate between stations. Some stations will be at Inis Grove Park, some on the school field and the rest will be blacktop activities.
Recorder and Chorus Concerts:
The 4th graders have been working very hard on perfecting their recorder playing skills. They will be having a concert on Thursday, May 9th at 7:00 P.M. in the Meeker gym.
The chorus students will be putting on a Disney themed concert on Thursday, May 23rd at 7:00 P.M. in the Meeker gym.
Message from the Library:
If students have any books that are overdue, starting May 13th they will not be able to check out books, unless overdue books are returned or paid for. Bills will be sent home starting May 13th for any library books that are overdue and have not come back. ALL BOOKS are due on May 17th!
End of the year BOGO Book fair:Come find something to read over the summer

To have a little fun during the last week of school, we thought it would be a good idea to have some dress up days. These are completely optional and just for fun (meaning that you can participate if you want to, but are not required to).
* May 28th: Pajama Day
– school appropriate pajamas
* May 29th: Rainbow Day
– Wear your favorite color or all colors
* May 30th: Character Day
– Dress as your favorite character or wear attire with your favorite character on it
(no weapons or masks)
* May 31st: School Pride Day
– Meeker or Little Cyclones attire
End of the Year: The last day of school is Friday, May 31st. On the last day of school we will be having a 2:05 p.m. dismissal. Thanks for a great school year! We hope that you all have a wonderful summer and we look forward to seeing you back at school in August. Good luck to those students who will be moving to the Middle School or another school.
