The application process will prompt you to attach certain documents required for the position for which you’re applying. Please refer to the list below. Each document must be no larger than 2 megabytes. The total size of all attached documents must be no more than 5 megabytes.

Required Documents

Administrator Applicants

  • Cover Letter
  • Current resume
  • At least three recent letters of reference
  • Iowa Administrative License .

Director Applicants

  • Current resume
  • At least three recent letters of reference.

Teaching Applicants  

  • Cover Letter
  • Current resume
  • At least three letters of reference
  • Transcripts (official transcripts will be required if hired)
  • Iowa Teaching License

Substitute Teaching Applicants

  • Iowa Teaching License

Coaching/Co-Curricular Applicants

  • Valid Iowa Coaching authorization or endorsement

Classified Applicants:

Secretaries, Custodians, Educational Assistants, Information Technicians, Maintenance, Media Technologists

  • Cover Letter recommended
  • Current resume recommended
  • Transcripts recommended

Substitutes for Classified Positions:

  • Complete application as presented, no attachments necessary
