The District welcomes the public to use school facilities for approved purposes when use does not conflict with the District mission, when the facilities are not being used for District educational programs and activities, and upon agreement for payment of certain rental charges.

The District reserves the right to grant or deny District facility use requests at its sole discretion in consideration of District priorities and best interests. District facilities are not available for private parties such as wedding receptions, family or company picnics, birthday parties, or graduation parties.
The District requires a signed rental agreement and Hold Harmless Agreement for all requests for public usage of facilities. All community groups are responsible for their own insurance coverage and renters are responsible for damages resulting from use.
