    • How to Apply for a Job.


      We no longer accept any paper applications or attachments. You must complete the electronic
      application and attach all necessary documents
      in order to apply for a specific position.

      Applicants with complete files will be screened by an administrator according to established criteria. An
      interview team will select the successful candidate
      for hire.

      The advantages for applicants of our electronic system include:

      · You will be able to control your application data
      since you will have the ability to update your application whenever necessary.

      · You will be able to select the position(s) for
      which you wish to apply with the click of a button.
      Your information will automatically be forwarded
      to the person in charge of selecting candidates
      to be interviewed.

      · You will receive notification of the status of your application via e-mail

      The new system is e-mail driven. If your e-mail address changes, you must update it in the application or you will not receiv
      e status notifications from us.

      Within the applications there is an “Attachments” section to be used to
      submit the following documents. Each document must be no larger than 2 megabytes. The total of all attached documents must be no more than 5 megabytes.

    • Administrator Applicants

        •            Current resume

        •            At least three recent letters of reference.

        •            Iowa Administrative License .

    • Director Applicants

        •            Current resume

        •            At least three recent letters of reference.

       

    • Teaching Applicants

        •            Cover Letter

        •            Current resume

        •            At least three letters of reference

        •            Transcripts (official transcripts will be required if hired)

        •            Iowa Teaching License .

      Classified Applicants
      (Secretaries, Custodians, Educational Assistants, Information Technicians, Maintenance, Media Technologists)

        •            Cover Letter (optional)

        •            Current resume (optional)

        •            Transcripts (optional)

      Coaching/Co-Curricular Applicants

        •         Valid Iowa Coaching authorization or endorsement

      Substitute Teaching Applicants

         •         Iowa Teaching License

      Substitute Classified Applicants
      (Secretaries, Custodians, Educational Assistants, Information Technicians, Maintenance, Media Technologists)

         •            Merely complete application as presented, no attachments necessary
