Alternative Learning Programs (ALP)

Alternative Learning Program

We Believe:

  • Every school has the primary responsibility for providing opportunities for all students to be successful;

  • The personal/social and emotional growth of all students must be integrated into the total learning process;

  • An individualized approach for helping all students must focus on their needs;

  • Every school district staff member must have high expectations for all students;

  • All program staff and administration should be properly prepared, experienced and supported to ensure effective programming for students who are having difficulty achieving;

  • Partnerships with the community, family, and school are essential to all students’ well being and achievement.
