Support Our Students (SOS) Fund:

Gifts to SOS help families who may be struggling financially. The donations are used to purchase school supplies for our students. The SOS funds are useful for students in all grades. These funds help students at schools you are familiar with: Edwards, Fellows, Meeker, Mitchell, Sawyer, Northwood, Ames Middle School, and Ames High School. The Foundation works closely with the school counselors to make sure the funds get dispersed to students who need assistance. The campaign to raise funds has kicked off each spring, so students will be ready in the fall for school. How you can contribute: You may send a donation directly to the Ames Education Foundation at P.O. Box 1125, Ames, Iowa, 50014.
