Northwood Preschool Center has openings for
the 2013-14 school year in the afternoon session.
Parents still interested in registering students
may contact the District Registrars Office. or pick
up an application in the Northwood school office the
week of August 12.

		Ames after-school tutoring programs inspire partnership with Iowa State University AMES— Students and aspiring teachers both will benefit from a partnership with Iowa State University to enhance after-school tutoring at four Ames elementary schools. The partnership ensures students will gain support through intensive, one-on-one tutoring in reading and math—and they will benefit from the relationships with their tutors. The ISU students will get hands-on experience and the joy of making connections with students—and they will get course credit. Read the ISU news story here:
